About the Role
This role offers direct exposure to the core of the business. You will work closely with the Founders on strategic priorities, operational execution, fundraising, revenue growth, and business expansion.
We are looking for someone who can think independently, move fast, solve complex problems, and drive execution without constant oversight.
Key Responsibilities
Work directly with the Founders on business strategy, growth initiatives, and operational priorities
Lead high-impact projects across revenue, marketing, partnerships, product, and business operations
Support fundraising activities including investor decks, financial models, due diligence, and stakeholder coordination
Prepare board presentations, business reviews, and strategic reports for leadership and investors
Analyse business performance, market trends, and competitive insights to support decision-making
Drive cross-functional coordination and ensure timely execution of key initiatives
Build and improve internal systems, processes, and operational workflows
Participate in strategic client and partnership discussions when required
