Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and execution-focused Influencer Marketing Coordinator who will manage end-to-end influencer campaigns while also actively participating as a UGC creator and in-house influencer for select brand collaborations.This is a role requiring strong coordination skills, creative confidence, and comfort being on camera.
This is going to be a Hybrid role, with the requirement of visiting the head office Kolkata once per quarterly basis.
Key Responsibilities
Influencer Campaign Management (End-to-End Execution)
● Identify, onboard, and manage influencers across multiple client campaigns
● Handle influencer communication, negotiations, deliverables, timelines, and payouts
● Share briefs and ensure content aligns with brand messaging and campaign objectives
● Coordinate posting schedules and approvals
● Track campaign performance and maintain influencer databases
● Ensure smooth execution and timely completion of campaigns
UGC Creation for Client Brands
● Act as a UGC creator for client campaigns (Reels, Stories, short-form content)
● Create authentic, creator-style content including:
○ Product demonstrations
○ Voiceovers
○ Talking-head videos
○ Trend-based content
● Deliver content aligned with brand briefs while maintaining natural storytelling
● Shoot content independently or collaborate with the internal team when required
● Maintain a professional, confident, and brand-safe on-screen presence In-House
Influencer Participation
● Be part of Adbuffs’ in-house influencer pool
● Post assigned client content on personal social media profiles when required
●Represent brands authentically while following platform disclosure guidelines
●Participate in internal shoots, content planning, and trend-based campaigns
Required Skills & Qualifications
● Strong communication and negotiation skills
● Prior experience in influencer marketing / creator management preferred
● Comfortable being on camera and creating short-form content
● Understanding of Instagram Reels, trends, and social media algorithms
● Organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented
● Ability to multitask across multiple campaigns
Preferred Profile
● 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or content creation
● Personal social media presence with decent engagement (preferred but not mandatory)
● Confident, creative, and proactive mindset
