About the Role

We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands internet culture, and loves building relationships with creators, brands and communities. This role is all about connecting the brand with the right voices online and turning those collaborations into meaningful conversations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and build relationships with influencers, brands, and online communities relevant to the brand
• Plan and execute influencer collaborations, gifting campaigns, and creator partnerships
• Coordinate with influencers for content creation, campaign briefs, timelines, and deliverables
• Track and analyse campaign performance
• Manage influencer databases and maintain long-term creator relationships
• Build and grow a vibrant online community for one of India’s most loved perfume brand.
• Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to ideate influencer-led campaigns
• Monitor social trends, creator culture, and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities
  
  

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or community management
• Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and emerging creator platforms
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple collaborations simultaneously
• Passion for internet culture, trends, and digital storytelling
