👇 What You'll Be Responsible For
- Build and own MU's influencer marketing strategy — platforms, tiers, verticals, and KPIs.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with creators across YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
- Develop campaign briefs, creative guidelines, and content frameworks for creator collaborations.
- Build a creator database tracked by niche, audience quality, platform performance, and past collaboration history.
- Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and brand safety compliance.
- Evaluate creator performance rigorously beyond vanity metrics to actual audience action.
- Build long-term creator relationships that go beyond transactional campaigns.
- Stay ahead of platform shifts, emerging creators, and new collaboration formats.
🛠What You Need To Know
Must-Have Skills:
- Deep knowledge of creator ecosystems across YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Experience managing end-to-end influencer campaigns — from identification to performance reporting.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience with creator contracts and MSAs.
- Analytical chops — you know how to separate reach from impact.
- A real, active network in the Indian creator space is a strong plus.

- Relationship-first thinking — creators work with people they trust.
- Sharp editorial taste — you can tell if a creator's audience will actually connect with MU.
