Job Title: Influencer Marketing Executive / Manager
Experience: 1–5 Years
Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹60,000 per month (based on experience)
Joining: Immediate
About the Role
We are looking to build our Influencer Marketing function from scratch and are hiring across experience levels. This role will involve managing influencer collaborations, executing campaigns, and scaling the creator ecosystem for the brand.
Candidates will be aligned to responsibilities based on their experience and expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard relevant influencers/creators across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
- Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end
- Coordinate on content briefs, timelines, and deliverables
- Manage communication and relationships with influencers and agencies
- Track campaign performance (reach, engagement, ROI) and prepare reports
- Negotiate commercials and ensure campaigns are executed within budget
- Stay updated with social media trends and creator landscape
Additional Responsibilities (For Manager-Level Candidates)
- Take ownership of building and scaling the influencer marketing vertical
- Develop campaign strategies aligned with business goals
- Create processes, workflows, and best practices for execution
- Manage larger budgets and long-term brand collaborations
- Work closely with internal teams to drive growth through influencer marketing
- Mentor and guide junior team members
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in influencer marketing / social media marketing
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of social media platforms and trends
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
Note
- Candidates with 1–2 years of experience will be considered for the Executive role (₹25–30k)
- Candidates with 3–5 years of experience will be considered for the Manager role (₹50–60k)
