About the role
We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Executive / Manager to lead and grow our influencer marketing efforts for a fast-growing D2C brand. This person will be responsible for identifying the right creators, managing collaborations end to end, driving brand visibility, and helping generate sales through influencer-led campaigns.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, research, and onboard relevant influencers, creators, and content partners across Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, agencies, and creator managers
- Plan and execute influencer campaigns for product launches, promotions, gifting, and brand awareness
- Negotiate deliverables, timelines, usage rights, and commercial terms with influencers
- Coordinate product seeding, campaign briefs, approvals, and posting schedules
- Track campaign performance including reach, engagement, clicks, conversions, CAC, and ROI
- Manage influencer databases, outreach trackers, contracts, and payment follow-ups
- Work closely with the content, performance marketing, and brand teams to ensure campaigns align with overall marketing goals
- Source UGC-style creators for paid ads and organic social media content
- Analyse competitor influencer activity and keep up with creator trends and platform changes
- Build long-term ambassador relationships with high-performing creators
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, social media marketing, or brand partnerships
- Prior experience in a D2C, beauty, skincare, wellness, fashion, or consumer brand is preferred
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and short-form content trends
- Good negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing influencer outreach at scale
- Comfortable with campaign reporting and performance analysis
- Strong organisation skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns at once
- Familiarity with Google Sheets, influencer tools, affiliate tracking, and social analytics platforms is a plus
