Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Influencer Marketing Associate, based in Gurugram. The individual will be responsible for building relationships with influencers, identifying potential partnerships, and managing campaigns. Daily tasks include coordinating with social media influencers, conducting outreach, negotiating collaborations, and analyzing campaign performance to achieve impactful results. Additional responsibilities may involve supporting the marketing and public relations teams to enhance brand visibility and collaborate closely with the sales team for new opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Influencer Marketing and Social Media Marketing to build and manage influencer relationships and campaigns.
- Proficiency in Communication and Public Relations to effectively engage with influencers, brands, and internal stakeholders.
- Experience in Sales and business development to identify and foster impactful collaborations and opportunities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills to measure the success of campaigns and generate insights for clients and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of the latest trends and developments in social media and the influencer marketing industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred.
