Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Gurugram for an Influencer Marketing Associate. In this role, you will manage influencer outreach and relationships, curate impactful influencer marketing campaigns, and monitor performance metrics. You will collaborate with the marketing team to build brand presence through social media strategies, coordinate content creation efforts, and foster partnerships with influencers. Your responsibility will include ensuring timely campaign execution and delivering measurable results for clients.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and public relations skills to build and maintain relationships
- Expertise in Influencer Marketing and proven experience in managing influencer collaborations
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and crafting effective digital strategies
- Familiarity with sales techniques, with the ability to negotiate and secure impactful partnerships
- Ability to analyze campaign analytics and deliver actionable insights
- Prior experience in working with social media platforms and influencer tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
