Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Influencer Marketing Associate based in Delhi, India. The role involves managing influencer partnerships, building and maintaining relationships with influencers, assisting in campaign development, executing influencer marketing strategies, and monitoring campaign performance. The associate will collaborate closely with team members to align marketing goals with influencer engagements and report on performance metrics. The role also includes researching trends, identifying influencers across multiple platforms, and contributing to strategic brand growth.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Communication and Public Relations to build effective relationships with influencers and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Influencer Marketing and Social Media Marketing strategies to drive impactful campaigns.
- Experience in Sales to identify potential partnerships and negotiate agreements.
- Understanding of social media trends, platforms, and analytics tools to evaluate campaign performance.
- Organizational skills with attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and contribute to innovative marketing strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
