Role Description
The Influencer Marketing Associate is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru South. This role involves planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns, building relationships with influencers, coordinating partnerships, and analyzing campaign performance. The associate will also work cross-functionally with other teams and contribute ideas to drive brand engagement and customer acquisition through influencer-led strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience in Influencer Outreach, Relationship Building, and Collaboration
- Knowledge of Social Media Platforms, Content Creation Trends, and Campaign Management
- Skills in Data Analysis, Performance Tracking, and deriving Insights
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Organizational Skills
- Ability to identify emerging influencers and opportunities for brand exposure
- Capability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in the beauty, lifestyle, or grooming industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
