🚀 Influencer Marketing Associate (2+ Years Experience)
📍 On-site – Sector 1, Noida

🌟 What You’ll Do
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard relevant influencers across platforms
- Execute end-to-end influencer campaigns (Outreach → Negotiation → Briefing → Execution → Reporting)
- Build and nurture long-term creator and agency relationships
- Track and analyze campaign performance (Engagement, Reach, Conversions, ROI)
- Manage influencer budgets and contract negotiations
- Collaborate with internal teams
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor campaigns & creator economy shifts
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing
- Proven track record of successful influencer campaigns
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Experience with campaign tracking tools & performance analytics
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
