About the role:
We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Influencer Marketing Associate to join our marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and collaborating with relevant influencers and content creators to increase brand awareness, engagement, and visibility for our brands Menhood and Womenhood.
Key Resonsibilties:
- Identify and research relevant influencers and content creators across Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and creators.
- Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns from creator identification to campaign completion.
- Negotiate deliverables, commercials, timelines, and campaign terms with influencers.
- Coordinate with influencers for content briefs, product dispatches, approvals, and timely content delivery.
- Develop creative campaign ideas and influencer strategies aligned with brand objectives.
- Track influencer content, campaign performance, reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Maintain and regularly update the influencer database and campaign trackers.
- Monitor influencer trends, competitor activities, and emerging creators.
- Coordinate with internal marketing, creative, and content teams for smooth campaign execution.
- Prepare campaign performance reports and provide insights for improving future campaigns.
Requirements:
- 6 months – 1 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Good influencer discovery, communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with a good understanding of social media trends.
- Experience with D2C, e-commerce, grooming, lifestyle, beauty, or personal-care brands will be an added advantage.
