About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Influencer Marketing Associate to manage end-to-end influencer campaigns. This role requires strong organizational skills, hands-on execution ability, and the knack for building lasting relationships with influencers while ensuring campaigns are delivered seamlessly and on time.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Execution: Manage the complete lifecycle of influencer marketing campaigns from brief to delivery.
  • Influencer Coordination: Identify, negotiate, and onboard influencers for brand collaborations across various platforms.
  • Google Sheets Management: Maintain accurate and updated campaign trackers, influencer databases, and reporting sheets.
  • Bulk Campaign Handling: Coordinate and execute large-scale influencer campaigns with multiple creators simultaneously.
  • Presentation Support: Prepare basic PowerPoint decks for campaign proposals, client updates, and performance reports.
  • Negotiation: Handle budget discussions and finalize deliverables with influencers and their managers.
  • Onboarding & Compliance: Ensure influencers are aligned with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and deliverable timelines.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and record campaign results, preparing clear reports for internal and client review.


Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role (freshers with relevant internships may apply).
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and MS PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented, process-driven, and deadline-focused.
  • Experience with influencer platforms/tools is a plus.
