Job Summary
We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Associate who will be responsible for managing influencer collaborations, executing campaigns, and building strong relationships with influencers aligned with the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research, identify, and onboard high-relevance influencers aligned with brand goals
- Execute end-to-end influencer campaigns (outreach → negotiation → closure → delivery)
- Build and maintain a structured influencer database with performance insights
- Ensure timely execution of deliverables with strict follow-ups and coordination
- Track key performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and optimize campaigns accordingly
- Coordinate with internal teams (content, design, product) for seamless campaign execution
- Conduct barter collaborations only
- Continuously scout trends and new creator opportunities to scale campaigns
Key Requirements
- Prior hands-on experience in influencer marketing
- Strong existing influencer network/database
- Knowledge of social media platforms and trends
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
