Role Overview
You will be the bridge between brands and execution, owning relationships, shaping campaign strategy, and ensuring seamless delivery across influencer marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for brand clients
- Decode brand goals and convert them into impactful influencer strategies
- Plan and manage campaigns end to end: timelines, budgets, and execution
- Collaborate with internal influencers and content teams to deliver campaigns
- Manage a team of influencer marketing executives/associates
- Present proposals, creator shortlists, and strategic recommendations to clients
- Track campaign performance and deliver actionable insights
- Build long-term client relationships to drive repeat business
- Identify upsell and growth opportunities within existing accounts
- Build process & structure in place to deliver impactful campaigns
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or account management
- Proven experience in managing brand campaigns and client relationships
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
- Solid understanding of the influencer ecosystem and content landscape
