A growth-focused role in the D2C skincare & beauty sector, driving creator-led acquisition and brand love through data-driven influencer programs. The team builds premium skincare products and scales direct-to-consumer revenue using high-impact creator content and performance marketing. Role: Influencer Marketing Executive (primary recommended title) Role & Responsibilities Plan and execute end-to-end influencer campaigns—briefing creators, setting KPIs, scheduling content, and ensuring on-brand creative execution. Source, evaluate, and negotiate collaborations with influencers and micro-creators for paid partnerships, product seeding, UGC and affiliate activations. Manage influencer operations including contracts, content approval, payment workflows, and compliance with disclosure/FTC guidelines. Partner with creative and performance teams to repurpose creator content for ads, optimize creative variants, and improve conversion metrics. Build measurement frameworks and dashboards to track CAC, ROAS, AOV, engagement rates, and recommend optimizations in-flight. Maintain and grow a talent pipeline and ongoing creator relationships—run ambassador programs and community initiatives to increase lifetime creator value.
