A fast-growing player in the SaaS customer engagement and cloud communications sector, focused on cloud telephony, contact-center automation and digital CX solutions for businesses across India.
We are expanding our marketing team to scale creator-led acquisition, drive brand affinity and amplify product storytelling across social platforms. This is an onsite role in India for an Influencer Marketing Executive focused on end-to-end influencer programs.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end influencer campaigns: identify creators, define briefs, manage timelines, and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Source and onboard relevant creators for product demos, reviews, and UGC; nurture long-term creator relationships.
- Negotiate agreements, manage deliverables, and ensure legal/compliance checkpoints for paid and barter collaborations.
- Track campaign performance against KPIs (reach, engagement, conversion) and optimise creator mix for ROI.
- Coordinate content production with creative and growth teams to ensure brand alignment and on-time delivery.
- Maintain campaign documentation, cost trackers, and post-campaign reports to inform future strategy.

Qualifications

- Available to work onsite in India; comfortable coordinating across marketing, product, and sales stakeholders.
