Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and creative Influencer Coordinator to lead and manage our influencer marketing efforts. This role goes beyond outreach and coordination youll be responsible for end-to-end campaign execution, developing influencer marketing strategies, managing barter and paid collaborations, and driving engagement through authentic partnerships. You will work closely with the marketing team to amplify brand awareness, product visibility, and audience growth through meaningful influencer collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
Influencer Discovery & Outreach: Research and identify relevant influencers who align with our brand values, aesthetics, and audience.
Influencer Marketing Strategy: Assist in planning and developing influencer marketing strategies that support product launches, campaigns, and seasonal promotions.
Campaign Management: Coordinate influencer participation in advertising campaigns, product promotions, and long-term brand partnerships.
Barter & Paid Collabs: Handle influencer collaborations, both barter and paid including outreach, negotiation, execution, and deliverables tracking.
Briefs & Scripts: Draft clear influencer briefs, scripts, and campaign guidelines to ensure brand consistency and effective messaging.
Giveaway Execution: Plan and manage influencer-led giveaways to boost engagement, followers, and reach.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers to encourage long-term partnerships.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of influencer campaigns using KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions), and compile reports for internal review.
Requirements
13 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media coordination, or brand partnerships
Solid understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and current influencer trends
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong time-management and multitasking abilities
Experience with influencer marketing tools (e.g., Upfluence, AspireIQ, GRIN, or similar)
Ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Creative mindset with attention to detail
