Influencer Manager, PR and Brand Partnerships
We're building consumer brands across health, wellness, and FMCG and need someone who gets other people talking about us. Not through ads — through genuine relationships with creators, influencers, journalists, media, event partners, and complementary brands.
The Brand Strategist decides the narrative. You find the right people to carry it — whether that's an Instagram creator, a health journalist at Economic Times, or a gym chain partnership. You negotiate the terms, manage the deliverables, plan the activations, and make sure everything ships on time and on-brand. You also own our daily social media presence — publishing, community engagement, and DMs.
What You Own:
Influencer Marketing:
· Influencer identification, outreach, pitching, negotiation, briefing, and deliverable management
· Supporting creator briefs and content scripting to ensure influencer output aligns with brand voice and campaign objectives
· Building and maintaining a creator database categorized by niche, audience size, engagement rate, and relationship status
· Managing influencer budgets and tracking ROI per collaboration
· Product seeding — getting products into the right hands, both overtly and through stealth seeding
Events & Activations:
· Planning and executing on-ground activations: launch events, health camps, pop-ups, festival stalls, corporate wellness demos
· Venue sourcing, vendor coordination, invitation management, and day-of execution
· Post-event content coordination and follow-up
Brand Partnerships:
· Identifying and closing co-marketing partnerships: gyms, coworking spaces, yoga studios, pharmacy chains, organic food brands, corporate wellness programs
· Structuring deals that create value for both sides — not just logo placements
PR & Media:
· Media outreach to health, lifestyle, business, and startup journalists and publications
· Drafting press releases, founder story pitches, and expert commentary placements
· Building and maintaining journalist relationships for ongoing coverage
· Crisis preparedness — knowing who to call and what to say if something goes wrong
Brand Partnerships:
· Identifying and closing co-marketing partnerships: gyms, coworking spaces, yoga studios, pharmacy chains, wellness brands, organic food brands, corporate wellness programs
· Structuring deals that create value for both sides — not just logo placements
Community Management:
· Scheduling and publishing content from the strategist's calendar
· Responding to comments and DMs in brand voice
· Monitoring brand mentions and flagging anything that needs attention
Mandatory Experience:
· 2–5 years of influencer marketing
· Experience managing influencer campaigns end-to-end with measurable results
· At least one event or activation you planned and executed, walk us through it
· A negotiation example (creator, journalist, or partner where you closed a deal that wasn't easy)
· Strong written communication: your outreach emails and DMs represent our brand before anything else does
