Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
● 1–3 years of experience working in influencer marketing, preferably within a marketing agency or consumer brand.
● Good understanding of influencer platforms, content styles, and audience demographics.
● Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
● Basic understanding of performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and ROI.
● Creative mindset with attention to detail and a problem-solving attitude.
