We are looking for a passionate, creative, and self-driven Influencer & Content Creator to become the face and voice of SAVY WORK across all social media platforms and help us tell our story in an engaging, authentic, and consistent way.
Role OverviewWe are seeking a creative, self-driven, and highly responsible Influencer / Content Creator to manage and execute our digital content strategy end-to-end. You will be responsible for building SAVYWORK’s brand presence, driving engagement, and creating original content that resonates with businesses and startups looking for digital growth solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with SAVYWORK’s branding and marketing objectives. It will be instructed.
- Create high-quality, engaging, and original content (reels, videos, carousels, stories, long-form videos, LinkedIn posts, etc.) for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Handle the complete content lifecycle: ideation, scripting, shooting, editing, publishing, and optimization.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule and ensure timely content delivery.
- Stay updated with social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging formats to keep our content fresh and innovative.
- Actively engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and DMs in a professional and brand-aligned manner.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, branding, and design teams to support campaigns and promotional activities.
- Track content performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
- Ensure complete brand consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms.
Requirements- Proven experience as an Influencer, Content Creator, or similar role (portfolio is mandatory).
- The candidate is required to create 20 videos per week & 80 videos per month.The videos will be posted only when instructed by the company.
- Strong on-camera presence and excellent verbal communication skills (Hinglish/English).
- Demonstrated creativity with the ability to generate original content ideas independently.
- High level of self-motivation and ownership – you must be a self-starter.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn algorithms and current content trends.
- Basic to intermediate video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).
- Disciplined and highly active in managing social media presence.
- Ability to work independently while consistently meeting deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
