🚀 Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Content Creator / Reel Creator / Influencer who can ideate, shoot, and edit engaging short-form videos for platforms like Instagram and YouTube Shorts.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable being on camera, understand viral trends, and create relatable, high-engagement content aligned with our brand voice (similar to fast-growing digital brands in the astrology & lifestyle space).
✨ Key Responsibilities:
Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media videos
Plan, script, shoot, and edit short-form video content
Stay updated with trending audio, memes, and viral formats
Present content confidently in front of the camera (if required)
Collaborate with the marketing team for content ideas and campaigns
Maintain a consistent posting schedule and content calendar
Optimize content for engagement, reach, and conversions
Analyze performance and improve content strategy
🎯 Eligibility Criteria:
6 months – 2+ years of experience in content creation / reel creation
Strong understanding of Instagram & social media trends
Basic to advanced video editing skills (CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, etc.)
Comfortable with on-camera presence (preferred)
Creative mindset with storytelling ability
🌟 Preferred Skills:
Experience in UGC / Influencer-style content
Knowledge of hooks, retention strategies & viral formats
Familiarity with lifestyle / astrology / entertainment content niche
