About the Role
Influencer and affiliate marketing is our primary discovery and acquisition channel - not a side experiment. We've run enough of our own to know what works and what doesn't. Now we need someone to own it full-time, build it into a formal program, and scale it into something repeatable.
You'll work directly under our Lead of Branding & Community. This role is for someone who's proactive, organised, and genuinely excited about building creator relationships - not just managing a spreadsheet of them. You'll also support the team with content, design, and video editing, so a creative eye and hands-on execution ability matter.

What You'll Own
Influencer & Affiliate Program - Primary Responsibility
– Build and manage Reccy's affiliate/ambassador program - from outreach and onboarding to long-term relationship management
– Identify and reach out to outdoor creators across running, hiking, cycling, climbing, travel, and wildlife - people who genuinely live the outdoor life
– Write outreach that doesn't sound like a template - specific, warm, and relevant to each creator
– Build creator briefs, coordinate content deliverables, and track performance with proper attribution
– Run quarterly check-ins, early product access drops, and recognition initiatives to keep the community tight and engaged
– Coordinate with the performance marketing team to maintain a single attribution system across all affiliate activity
– Run a recurring monthly product-review series with established outdoor creators on YouTube - brief them, track them, build it into a consistent content engine
Content & Creative Support - Secondary Responsibility
– Design social media creatives, website banners, and campaign assets on Figma
– Edit Reels and short-form video content on Premiere Pro
– Write captions, WhatsApp broadcast copies, and campaign hooks in Reccy's voice
– Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) to move faster without losing the brand feel
What We're Looking For
Must-have:
– 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, or brand/content roles
– Strong communicator - can write outreach, briefs, and follow-ups that are specific and human
– Organised and process-driven - able to manage multiple creator relationships, timelines, and deliverables without dropping the ball
– Self-starter who takes ownership, doesn't wait to be told, and flags problems early
– Based in Mumbai or nearby - remote role, but weekly in-person team meets and occasional events/shoots are part of it
Good to have:
– Hands-on with Figma for design and Premiere Pro for video editing
– Comfortable using AI tools to ideate, draft, and execute faster
– Basic familiarity with UTM tracking, discount-code attribution, or affiliate platforms
– Outdoor enthusiast - runner, hiker, cyclist, climber, traveller, wildlife lover — any of the above
Skills & Tools
– Figma - social creatives, banners, visual assets
– Adobe Premiere Pro - Reels, short-form video
– Claude / ChatGPT - content ideation and execution support
– Shopify basics - helpful, not required
– Strong written English - for outreach, copy, and brand communication
