Job Title: Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Executive

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Executive to drive impactful creator-led and performance-based campaigns. The role involves managing influencer collaborations as well as affiliate partnerships to deliver measurable results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, onboard, and manage influencers across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
- Execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns from outreach to reporting
- Develop and manage affiliate marketing partnerships and networks
- Track campaign performance, ROI, and optimize for better conversions
- Negotiate commercials and ensure cost-effective collaborations
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless campaign execution
- Maintain strong relationships with creators, agencies, and affiliate partners
- Stay updated with industry trends, platforms, and tools
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in influencer and/or affiliate marketing
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and creator ecosystem
- Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms and performance tracking
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Data-driven mindset with good analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in an influencer marketing agency
- Familiarity with tools like Excel, Google Analytics, or affiliate dashboards
