Monolith is looking for an Influencer Manager to help us grow our brand across the crypto space through strong KOL, creator, and media relationships.
What you’ll do:
- build and manage relationships with crypto influencers, creators, and opinion leaders
- source relevant KOLs for campaigns, partnerships, and ongoing brand exposure
- negotiate collaboration terms and manage partnerships from outreach to reporting
- create influencer strategies that match Monolith’s brand and goals
- monitor campaign performance and track results
- stay on top of crypto Twitter, narratives, key voices, and emerging communities
What we’re looking for:
- experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or business development
- strong understanding of crypto, Web3, and CT culture
- good communication and negotiation skills
- ability to spot relevant creators, not just big names
- organized, proactive, and fast in execution
- English proficiency
Nice to have:
- existing network in crypto Twitter / Web3
- experience working with media, research brands, or investment funds
