Prior experience in an administrative role will be essential Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel & Powerpoint Exposure in customer service and problem-solving Ability to optimise quality of work & bandwidth within stipulated timelines Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Multi-tasking and team player Ability to converse in Kannada along with Hindi & English Key responsibilities: Manage seamless telephonic & email communication across departments of the company Quote to collection cycle of all services deals to be followed & maintained Involve in daily operational interactions with services delivery vendors & other respective stakeholders pertaining to the business unit Validate delivery costs/expenses and track margins while ensuring smooth order processing & invoicing post project sign-off Support inventory management & logistics co-ordination with operations at HQ & regions
