Inflection AI is a public benefit corporation leveraging our world class large language model to build the first AI platform focused on the needs of the enterprise. Who we are: Inflection AI was re-founded in March of 2024 and our leadership team has assembled a team of kind, innovative, and collaborative individuals focused on building enterprise AI solutions. We are an organization passionate about what we are building, enjoy working together and strive to hire people with diverse backgrounds and experience. Our first product, Pi, provides an empathetic and conversational chatbot. Pi is a public instance of building from our 350B+ frontier model with our sophisticated fine-tuning (10M+ examples), inference, and orchestration platform. We are now focusing on building new systems that directly support the needs of enterprise customers using this same approach. About the Role You will actively contribute to the development of AI models that are powering our innovative products. You will wear multiple hats and work on engineering, research, and everything in between. Your contributions will span model architectures, data curation, training and inference infrastructures, evaluation protocols, alignment and RLHF, and many other exciting topics at the cutting edge of AI. You will explore and exploit, creating new and perfecting existing methods. You are expected to have a demonstrated track record of excellence in your field and the desire to learn and grow. While prior experience in large-scale AI is desirable, it’s not strictly required: many team members started out as physicists and mathematicians. You should be well familiar with the state of the art in AI, and passionate about conversational AI and its deployment. You are expected to have Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field, such as Engineering or Mathematics.
