Responsibilities

Manages the operations of the Admissions function for North Baldwin Infirmary (NBI) in order to provide services which, meet Infirmary Health’s standards of quality, efficiency and desired outcomes. Manager is responsible for registration compliance and all point of service collections as well as bed placement. May also be responsible for cashiers and guest services.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

3 of the most recent 5 years’ experience working directly with patient registration/admissions

Considerable knowledge of hospital billing and proven ability to attend to detail

Desired Qualifications:

Associate or bachelor’s degree in business or related field

Working knowledge of spreadsheet software

Working knowledge of electronic billing systems
