Job Requirements
Atlys is building a world class travel support experience for its most premium users. The
Infinity Customer Success Associate i s the front line of that promise. This role is for someone who understands high touch service, anticipates needs before they are spoken, and consistently delivers a calm, seamless, and reliable experience.
What You’ll Do
- Provide end to end support to Infinity users across chat, email, and phone.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for travel and visa support, offering clear, accurate, and personalised guidance.
- Maintain a warm, composed, and thoughtful communication style, even under pressure.
- Take ownership of each interaction, ensuring users feel heard, understood, and well taken care of.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and keep users updated at every step.
- Manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Spot patterns, anticipate needs, and share feedback to strengthen the Infinity experience.
- Uphold the highest standards of response time, accuracy, and service quality.
The Ideal Candidate
- 2 - 4 years of experience in premium customer service, hospitality, concierge, or client experience roles.
- Clear and polished communication, both written and verbal.
- A service mindset that values empathy, patience, and attention to detail.
- Strong problem solving skills and the ability to stay calm and structured in fast moving situations.
- Comfort working with high value clients who expect speed, accuracy, and discretion.
- A sense of ownership and pride in delivering a best in class experience.
