Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; 7+ years progressive accounting experience with manufacturing and cost accounting; strong CBOM, standard costing, inventory valuation, and variance analysis experience; manufacturing ERP experience (NetSuite preferred); strong Excel; supervisory experience; ability to work onsite in Austin Tue-Thu and travel quarterly to Saltillo, Mexico.
