Job description
L1 Service Inquiry Team for Pep+ / ARP SMS Essential Job Responsibilities: - You will provide Level 1 troubleshooting of PEP+ ARP SMS products
- You will document and update client inquiries using internal application
- You will use several internal tools to perform analysis and research required for client inquiries
- You will accurately assess the client’s product issues or problems. Ask the client thoughtful and detailed questions and carefully listen to the user response to fully comprehend the need, product issue and quickly and accurately resolve the client problem
- You will research client problems and issues to increase personal knowledge of Fiserv products. Keep skill set up to date on new products and releases by reading and researching advancements in Fiserv products
- You will apply knowledge and experience to fine tune C360 inquiries to improve client experience
- Identify opportunities to improve process flow and lower inquiry input
- You will contribute to knowledge library by linking existing articles to related inquiries and creating new knowledge articles.
