Job Details: 1. Project Management & Execution✅ Lead end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to closure.✅ Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budget. ✅ Manage and monitor project progress, risks, and issues.✅ Ensure timely delivery of projects within agreed cost, quality, and timeframes. 2. Resource Management✅ Manage a team of professionals (onshore/offshore) and ensure their optimal utilization. ✅ Assign tasks and responsibilities, set goals, and track progress.✅ Identify skill gaps and work with HR to hire suitable resources. ✅ Provide regular feedback and performance reviews. 3. Stakeholder Management✅ Communicate project status, risks, and issues to key stakeholders. ✅ Coordinate with cross-functional teams and clients to align on objectives. ✅ Resolve conflicts and escalate unresolved issues to management.4. Process Improvement✅ Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency. ✅ Leverage tools and technology to automate and streamline project management. ✅ Maintain project documentation and knowledge repository.
