About the Role
We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving our Agile initiatives. You’ll be responsible for guiding multiple cross-functional teams through Agile best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring successful delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
2. Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to manage product backlogs and ensure clear communication of goals
3. Remove obstacles and foster a productive, collaborative environment for Agile teams
4. Track team performance through KPIs and ensure continuous improvement
5. Promote Agile principles and support team development and autonomy
6. Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile practices, values, and principles
7. Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality software aligned with business goals

Requirements

1. 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
2. Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum and Kanban
3. Proven ability to manage multiple Agile teams and projects
4. Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
5. Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication skills
6. Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM) preferred

Nice to Have

1. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Miro
2. Background in software development or engineering
3. Experience in scaling Agile practices (e.g., SAFe, LeSS)
