The main goal of customer engineer is to elicit, record and communicate complete testing requirements from customers
Interface with the customer on call, chat, email, etc.
Help customer flush out complete requirement and testing goals
Respond to common queries from the customer
Communicate with the operations team member complete requirements
Ease customer journey through the project fulfillment process
