About the role
Key aspects of this role include:
Defining the 5-year plans for the segment and modeling market sizes by application
Conducting application reviews for focus and emerging applications
Developing segment/application-specific go-to-market (G2M) collateral
Identifying and working with global teams to identify cross-selling opportunities
Design win replication and collateral generation for applications with memory use-cases and design wins
Assumption: This role requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with global teams.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Define the 5-year plans for the segment and model market sizes by application, including system unit trends
✅ Conduct application reviews for focus and emerging applications
✅ Develop segment/application-specific go-to-market (G2M) collateral, determining application requirements and Microcontroller (MCU) value proposition for each application within the vertical
✅ Identify and work with global Application Marketing Groups (AMGs) and Application Marketing Key (AMK) to identify cross-selling (PGO) opportunities for MCU products, participating in Application Solution Center Team (SCT) meetings
✅ Drive design win replication
✅ Generate collateral for applications with memory use-cases and design wins

Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Experience: 5-10 years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on semiconductor or related industries.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in product marketing, market analysis, and application development
- Strong collaboration and cross-selling skills
- Ability to work with global teams and stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with semiconductor products and applications
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the power systems or IoT sectors
- Fluency in multiple languages
