Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist

Infineon is looking for an experienced Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our talented Talent Acquisition team. This position is responsible for providing full-cycle recruitment services for our technical roles, including but not limited to software engineers, firmware engineers, hardware engineers, system engineers, etc. The successful candidate will be a key partner to our technical hiring managers, working closely with them to understand requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
