AI Backend Engineer

Role Overview

• Title: Backend Engineer
• Location: Remote 
• Experience: 3+ years preferred
• Compensation: ₹30–50 LPA
• Stack: Python, AWS, Docker
• Bonus: Familiarity with LLM pipelines or advanced prompting is a plus
    

What You’ll Work On

1. Build scalable, production-grade backend systems to support AI voice interactions
2. Design infra for efficient deployment and monitoring of LLM-based agents
3. Optimize latency, reliability, and throughput of our task orchestration pipelines
4. Collaborate closely with ML, product, and sales teams to improve agent capabilities
5. Drive architecture decisions for core systems like API infra, queues, and deployments

Ideal Profile

1. You’ve shipped robust backend systems and understand the demands of real-time data processing
2. You’re comfortable owning infra, debugging distributed systems, and building for scale
3. You have a builder mindset—bias toward action, ownership, and impact
4. Experience with AI systems, inference optimization, or prompt engineering is a plus
