- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices that enhance project outcomes.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Strong understanding of IT service management processes and frameworks.
- Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet business requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues within ServiceNow environments.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
