Hiring: Industry Sales Lead – Gujarat | Industrial Solutions
Location: Gujarat (preferred) / Pune
Experience: 10-15 years
A climate-tech platform transforming industrial water and wastewater management using IoT-enabled performance solutions is looking for an Industrial Sales Leader to drive enterprise sales across manufacturing clusters in Gujarat.
This role is ideal for professionals selling industrial solutions to manufacturing plants - such as water treatment, environmental solutions, utilities, automation, EPC, infrastructure, or industrial technology platforms.
Ideal Background
We are specifically looking for candidates who have sold technical industrial solutions to manufacturing plants.
8–12 years of B2B industrial sales experience
Existing network within Gujarat manufacturing / industrial clusters
Experience selling industrial solutions such as:
- Water / wastewater treatment solutions
- Industrial utilities / environmental solutions
- Automation / IoT / industrial technology
- EPC / infrastructure / industrial services
Comfortable engaging with plant-level decision makers
Gujarati language proficiency preferred
Willingness to travel extensively across Gujarat
What You’ll Own
• Drive enterprise B2B sales to manufacturing plants and industrial facilities
• Build relationships with Plant Heads, EHS Heads, Utility Heads, Operations Leaders, and CXOs
• Lead the complete enterprise sales cycle — prospecting, solution pitching, technical discussions, commercial negotiations, and closure
• Develop long-term strategic accounts within Gujarat’s industrial clusters
• Position technology-led solutions for industrial water management and compliance
