Job Title: Industry Relations Lead
Location: Delhi / Mumbai / Bangalore (with ~50% travel)

About the Role:
Avanti Fellows is seeking an Industry Relations Lead to drive career outcomes for first-generation, low-income (FGLI) students in top Indian colleges. You will build and manage partnerships with corporates, startups, and donors to secure internships and job placements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment teams to understand hiring needs.
- Analyze job descriptions to guide student skill development and eligibility.
- Manage the placement process, from shortlisting to onboarding.
- Create and maintain candidate trackers, dashboards, and placement portfolios.
- Conduct outreach to expand the network of partner organizations.
Who You Are:
- Self-starter with strong entrepreneurial drive.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in tools like Google Workspace.
- Willing to travel and engage directly with partners and team members.
