World Academy of Career Programmes (WACP) is a Career-related Studies (CRS) provider to IB schools, delivering industry-aligned curricula for future-ready learners. We bridge education with real-world industries through structured, immersive, and measurable career exposure.
We are looking for an Industry Partnerships Manager to identify, engage, and activate industry partners to deliver immersive, real-world learning experiences for students.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and secure partnerships with corporates, startups, universities, and sector leaders aligned to WACP curriculum tracks.
Work on industry collaborations like workshops, live projects, masterclass, mentorships, site immersions, founder talks, industry visits.
Lead end-to-end partnership lifecycle: sourcing → pitch → negotiation → integration → performance tracking.
Work with the Academic team to embed industry inputs into curriculum delivery.
Track and report on KPIs: Partner acquisition, engagement quality, student participation, renewed collaborations.
Skills & Requirements
5–7 years in partnerships, business development, corporate relations, or ecosystem building.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
Education: Bachelor's/Master's in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field; MBA preferred.
