Role Description
This is a part-time / visiting position for an Industry Mentor & Guest Academic based in Pune, supporting programs in Commerce, Finance, and Artificial Intelligence. The role involves mentoring students through structured academic sessions, delivering lectures, designing practical training modules, and helping students connect theoretical knowledge with real-world industry applications.
The mentor will contribute to enhancing students’ analytical, financial, and technology-driven decision-making skills while fostering an engaging and collaborative learning environment. The role also involves working closely with academic faculty and industry professionals to support interdisciplinary learning across business, finance, and emerging AI technologies.
Qualificaitions
- Strong interpersonal and mentoring skills to guide and inspire students
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities for delivering lectures and workshops
- Solid understanding of Commerce, Finance, and emerging AI applications in business
- Experience in education, corporate training, or curriculum development
- Ability to bridge academic concepts with industry practices
- Prior industry or academic experience in finance, business analytics, AI, or related domains is preferred
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Commerce, Finance, Business, Data Science, AI, or a related field is highly preferred
