- About the Role We are looking for a senior industry professional with 20+ years of hands-on experience in maintenance, process, and control systems. The objective is to bring real plant experience into training — failures, troubleshooting, shutdowns, and decision-making under real industrial conditions.
- What You Will Do Share real industrial cases: breakdowns, troubleshooting, commissioning Explain complete systems: Process → Instrumentation → Control → Electrical Guide engineers on how real plants operate Mentor students to think like maintenance/control engineers Contribute to practical lab scenarios based on real experience
- What We Are Looking For 20+ years industry experience in: Process industry / Manufacturing / Automation Strong exposure to: Maintenance (preventive & breakdown) Process operations PLC / DCS / Instrumentation / Control systems
- Mandatory Hands-on field experience (not desk-only roles)
- Do NOT Apply If Your experience is primarily design, documentation, or office-based You have limited exposure to plant-level troubleshooting You are looking for a full-time academic teaching role
- Engagement Model Flexible: 2–3 days/week or session-based Location: Kerala (on-site sessions preferred)
