Your Role And Responsibilities
Guide insurance organizations through modernization journeys by aligning business strategy with digital capabilities across underwriting, claims, and policy administration. Leverage industry acumen to drive automation, improve customer engagement, and implement data-driven risk assessment models that foster resilience and competitive advantage

Master's Degree
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Senior resource with 15+ years’ overall experience,
- 10+ years’ experience with PNC Insurance, Strong understanding of Policy and Claims domains,
- Hands-on Duck Creek experience in Small Business (Commercial) modules and Claims, Experience designing and implementing enterprise data strategies for large insurers,
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, Additional required skills to successfully handle PNC insurance clients:Deep knowledge of Duck Creek PolicyCenter, and ClaimsCenter configuration and customization,
- Experience with Duck Creek Studio, Rules Engine, and Integration Framework (SOAP/REST, JMS), Prior involvement in end-to-end implementations, upgrades, and module integrations for small commercial lines
