Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Strong Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, worksheet structuring, troubleshooting, and scalable logic design
- At least 3 to 5 years experience in the same role
- Experience supporting or implementing workflow-based software for customers
- Ability to understand business processes and translate them into spreadsheet-driven solutions
- Strong consultative communication skills with the ability to train users of varying technical levels
- Experience troubleshooting technical and workflow issues in customer-facing environments
- Strong project management and follow-through across multiple implementations
- Ability to document best practices and contribute to scalable processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in estimating, construction workflows, takeoff processes, or preconstruction software
- Familiarity with STACK workflows, including projects, plans, items, assemblies, labels, tags, and estimates
- Experience with Velixo or similar Excel-based data integrations
- Experience supporting customers reliant on legacy Excel workflows
- Background in implementation consulting, onboarding, or professional services

Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Lead customer implementations for STACK for Excel powered by Velixo
- Help customers connect STACK data to Excel templates, reports, estimates, dashboards, and operational spreadsheets
- Understand each customer's workflow from takeoff to estimate, reporting, or proposal generation, and recommend optimal solutions
- Train customers on STACK for Excel / Velixo functionality, including how Excel functions pull and refresh data
- Review customer spreadsheets and adapt them to work with STACK data in a maintainable way
- Troubleshoot spreadsheet issues, formulas, data structures, and workflow gaps
- Advise customers on best practices for projects, takeoff measurements, items, assemblies, tags, and labels within Excel workflows
- Collaborate with Sales, Training, Support, Product, and Professional Services teams for successful rollouts
- Document implementation patterns, formulas, lessons learned, and repeatable best practices
- Identify when customers require additional Professional Services due to complexity or customization needs
- Contribute to implementation guides, training content, and standard operating procedures
