About the role

As our new TechOps Project Coordinator, you'll be a key member of our TechOps team - playing a vital role in the execution of technical deliverables for new Industrious locations in North America. You will ensure the seamless setup of IT, networking, and Conference Room AV systems for new coworking spaces, as well as upgrading existing tech infrastructure and network migrations at existing locations. Alongside the head of TechOps Program Management, you will be a pivotal player in the execution of TechOps projects across North America and have the opportunity to work closely with multiple key stakeholders in our business. This position requires a blend of project management acumen, excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving, critical thinking, and basic technical knowledge. You'll help ensure that projects meet quality standards and stay within deadlines and budgets. In order to be considered for this role, candidates must live within an easy commuting distance of either Los Angeles, Phoenix, Chicago, or Austin. This role will also have the opportunity to support the launch of new locations across the US, and candidates must be comfortable with occasional domestic travel (no more than once per quarter).
