Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Industrial Training role at the Taj Mahal Palace And Tower Hotel Mumbai, located in Dehradun. The trainee will engage in hands-on learning and practical experiences across various business and operational aspects of the hospitality industry. Responsibilities include participating in training sessions, assisting in day-to-day hotel operations, and gaining insights into best practices related to guest services, management, and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strong Presentation and Training skills to effectively communicate and share knowledge.
• Knowledge of Web Development and Networking is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Python (Programming Language) for technological support and operations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work efficiently within teams and in a hospitality environment.
• Capacity to adapt to a dynamic work environment and an eagerness to learn.
• Background in hospitality management, travel, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
