Role Description
This remote, full-time Industrial Training role involves delivering training sessions, preparing presentations, guiding participants in learning web development and programming skills like Python, and providing networking insights. The professional will engage with trainees, assist in their hands-on development projects, and ensure valuable knowledge transfer to enhance their technical skills and industry readiness.
Qualifications
- Strong Presentation Skills and experience in conducting Training sessions
- Proficiency in Web Development and Networking
- Knowledge of Python or similar programming languages
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to mentor and guide trainees in a remote professional setting
- Passion for education, training, and skill-building
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in industrial training or similar roles is an advantage
