Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Industrial Trainee from the ICAI Chartered Accountancy course who is looking to complete their industrial training. The trainee will gain hands-on experience in finance/accounting/internal audit while contributing to meaningful projects in a corporate environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in financial statements preparation & Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Assist in handing of Statutory Audits, Internal audits, Risk assessments, and compliance reviews
- Support in variance analysis and MIS reporting
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and internal controls
- Coordinate with internal teams and statutory auditors as required
- Ensure adherence to internal guidelines and regulatory standards applicable to listed companies.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Passed both groups of CA Intermediate under ICAI
- Eligible and registered as per ICAI norms for industrial training
Key Skills Required:
- Good knowledge of accounting standards (IND AS, IFRS), taxation, and audit concepts
- Hands on experience of Internal Financial Control (IFC).
- Proficient in MS Excel; ERP exposure (SAP/Oracle) will be added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication
- Team player with high integrity and professionalism
