Job Title: Assistant Manager / Manager – B2B Industrial Sales
Location: Ahmedabad (PAN India Coverage)
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales professional to join our team. This role focuses on driving B2B sales for commodity and basic chemicals across multiple industries on a national scale. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a proven track record in handling large-volume industrial accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy: Lead B2B industrial sales efforts for commodity chemicals, including Sodium Hypochlorite, Acetic Acid, and other general industrial chemicals.
- Market Expansion: Manage and grow PAN India business, targeting multiple industry segments.
- Account Management: Handle large-scale requirements, specifically focusing on high-tonnage orders (8k, 10k, and 15k MT+).
- Team Leadership: Take ownership of team handling and development to meet organizational sales targets.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: 3 to 15 years of experience in industrial chemical sales.
- Education: B.Sc., M.Sc., B.E., or M.E. (Technical education background is mandatory).
- Skills:
- Proven expertise in B2B Industrial Sales.
- Experience in "Individual Contributor" (IC) roles as well as team management.
- Strong technical understanding of chemical applications and industrial requirements.
